Key Responsibilities We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Manager who brings both creative intuition and strategic clarity to the table. Someone who understands the pulse of brand storytelling, has built campaigns from scratch, and knows what it takes to grow engagement across platforms. If you’re equal parts planner and doer, and thrive in fast-paced environments where every day looks a little different, this one's for you. This role is for someone who has grown with the digital world—who gets the nuances of the hustle behind content calendars, the science of performance metrics, and the art of building a brand. Build and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and brand affinity. Own our content and social roadmap—crafting campaigns, managing calendars, and overseeing execution across platforms. Collaborate with in-house creative, strategy, and motion teams to develop high-impact marketing assets. Lead narrative building for our website, social media, emailers, and thought leadership initiatives. Explore new channels, tools, and trends to keep the brand current and culturally relevant. Track and analyse campaign performance—turning insights into optimised strategies. Manage marketing projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, consistency, and impact. Work closely with leadership to align marketing goals with business objectives and growth plans. Job requirements 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with deep, hands-on involvement in content strategy, planning, and execution. Strong understanding of building brand presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and more, with content that both performs and tells a story. Proven ability to take a content brief and turn it into high-impact campaigns, narratives, and formats. Comfortable collaborating with creative teams to bring ideas to life from scratch. Experience using tools like Meta Suite, Notion, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and similar. Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills—able to manage timelines, feedback, and outcomes with clarity. Proactive and self-led—someone who can independently own marketing initiatives and see them through. Agency experience is a plus, especially if you've worked across fast-moving teams and diverse content formats. Why Join Us?
