Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote
Wellness By Heartfulness
and its offerings. This includes increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition for wellness programs, and enhancing the centers reputation as a leader in holistic health. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and a deep understanding of marketing in the health, hospitality, or non-profit sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a results-driven marketing plan that aligns with the centers mission and business goals.
- Digital Marketing: Manage all digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, website content, and search engine optimization (SEO) to attract and engage potential clients.
- Content Creation: Oversee the development of compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and videos that highlight the centers services and unique environment.
- Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other partners to secure positive coverage and press.
- Event Promotion: Support the promotion of wellness workshops, retreats, and special events hosted at the center.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-informed decisions.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize return on investment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably within the wellness, hospitality, or non-profit industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
General Experience:
5-8+ years of professional experience
in marketing, communications, or a related field.
3-5+ years of direct experience
in a managerial or leadership role, with a proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies.
Specific Experience:
Industry Experience:
Experience in the wellness, hospitality, or non-profit sector would be highly valued. Knowledge of the unique marketing challenges and opportunities within these industries is crucial.
Digital Marketing:
Demonstrated expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
Content & Communications:
Proven experience in overseeing the creation of compelling content and managing public relations efforts.
Strategic Planning:
A strong history of developing and implementing marketing plans that have successfully met or exceeded business objectives.
Team Leadership:
Experience in managing a team, or at least working effectively with a team, to achieve common goals.
