Role & responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Define target customer segments and positioning strategies for various roofing products and services. Campaign Management Plan and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email, social media, print, etc.). Create and manage marketing calendars, promotions, and content strategies. Lead Generation & Sales Support Design campaigns that generate qualified leads for the sales team. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with revenue goals. Track ROI and lead conversion rates. Branding & Content Oversee brand development and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Create marketing collateral including brochures, videos, case studies, and presentations. Manage website content, social media channels, and blog. Events & Partnerships Organize trade shows, exhibitions, and contractor/dealer events. Develop partnerships with vendors, architects, builders, and real estate developers. Analytics & Reporting Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms. Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and present insights to senior leadership. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction, building materials, or roofing industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, and lead generation strategies. Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools. Knowledge of roofing products, systems, and installation methods. Experience working with B2B and B2C customers. Ability to manage external agencies and vendors.
