Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Lead to lead the global marketing strategy for our Data & AI business line. This role will be responsible for positioning our offerings, driving demand generation, enabling sales, and building thought leadership across key markets. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in B2B technology marketing, a strong understanding of the Data & AI landscape, and a proven ability to translate complex solutions into compelling narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global marketing strategy for the Data & AI business line aligned with Atos goals.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and delivery teams to shape go-to-market plans and messaging.
- Own brand positioning, competitive differentiation, and value proposition for Data & AI services. Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, ABM, and partner channels.
- Drive pipeline growth through targeted lead generation and nurturing programs.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI. Content & Thought Leadership
- Oversee creation of high-impact content including whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and case studies.
- Position the company as a thought leader in AI, machine learning, data engineering, and analytics.
- Manage analyst relations and PR for the business line. Sales Enablement
- Equip sales teams with tools, collateral, and training to effectively sell Data & AI solutions.
- Develop customer success stories and reference programs. Partner & Ecosystem Marketing
- Collaborate with strategic partners (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google, Databricks) on joint marketing initiatives.
- Leverage partner programs and co-marketing opportunities to expand reach.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in Data & AI or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record in leading global marketing teams and delivering measurable results.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, data platforms, cloud ecosystems, and IT services.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
Preferred Attributes
- MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience working in a global IT services or consulting firm.
- Familiarity with agile marketing practices and digital-first strategies.
