Job Description

As a Marketing Intern, you will be the primary point of contact for clients generated through leads, responsible for gathering vital information related to their company and marketing needs. This includes obtaining details such as yearly marketing budgets, overall company turnover, and other relevant metrics. In addition to client engagement, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored marketing strategies that align with client objectives and budgetary constraints.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Initiate and maintain regular communication with clients generated through leads, understanding their requirements, challenges, and goals.
  • Information Gathering: Gather comprehensive data about clients, including but not limited to yearly marketing budgets, overall company turnover, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and marketing objectives, utilizing gathered information to tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements and budget constraints.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns for clients, tracking key metrics and generating reports to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and guidance to enhance their marketing efforts.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
