Marketing Intern

About the Role

We're looking for a driven marketing intern to support our influencer marketing initiatives

across YouTube and Instagram. You'll play a key role in identifying, researching, and

engaging with fitness influencers.

This is a hands-on role where you'll gain real-world experience in influencer marketing,

content strategy, and startup growth—with direct impact on our launch.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify fitness influencers based on engagement, content quality, and

audience fit

• Conduct outreach and manage communication with potential influencer partners

• Analyze influencer metrics including follower demographics, engagement rates, and

content performance

• Develop partnership strategies for individual influencers based on their audience and

content style

• Track content trends in the fitness space to identify what drives audience growth and

engagement

• Support campaign planning and performance tracking for influencer partnerships

• Use AI tools to streamline research, outreach, and analysis workflows

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed bachelor's degree in marketing, Business,

Communications, or related field (or MBA student)

• Deep understanding of YouTube and Instagram influencer ecosystems

• Knowledge of influencer economics—how creators monetize, partnership models,

engagement metrics that matter

• Strong communication skills—you can write compelling outreach messages and build

relationships

• Analytical mindset—comfortable with data, metrics, and using insights to make decisions

• Self-starter attitude—you take initiative and don't need constant direction

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Experience with influencer outreach or creator partnerships

• Familiarity with fitness content and understanding of strength training

• Knowledge of AI tools for marketing automation and research

• Experience with social media analytics platforms

• Background in content marketing or social media management
