Coordination & Communication: Keep track of guests and special occasions to enhance their experience. Collect guest feedback and report concerns to the management for improvement. Ensure the reception area is presentable and always organized. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
