Job Description

Position: Steward Department: Food & Beverage / Hospitality Location: aerocity, vasant kunj , saket , cyberhub , sector 65 gurgaon Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and work areas. Wash dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, and cooking tools promptly and properly. Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation when required. Ensure proper storage of kitchen supplies and equipment. Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per company policies. Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness in garbage areas. Refill water, condiments, and service items as needed. Support restaurant operations during busy hours. Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor or manager.
