Key Responsibilities: · Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner. · Manage front-desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and visitor appointments. · Ensure a comfortable and engaging experience for guests while they wait. · Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate meetings and visitor requirements. · Maintain the reception area’s ambiance, ensuring it is neat, organized, and aligned with the company’s brand image. · Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and requests efficiently. · Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. · Maintain a log of visitor records and handle administrative support for the office. · Support event coordination and hospitality arrangements for corporate guests.
