Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Intern, located in Pune. The Marketing Intern will assist in market research, develop marketing strategies, support sales efforts, and provide customer service. Daily tasks will include collecting and analyzing data, creating marketing materials, engaging with customers, and assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the design and execution of digital marketing campaigns focused on Earthxway Foundation core programs (Green Schools, Plantation Drives, Sustainable Farming, Women Empowerment).

2. Creating project-based social media content - captions, stories, and creatives - aligned with ongoing field activities and environmental impact themes.

3. Taking follow-ups with graphic designers to ensure timely delivery and quality of visual assets for campaigns.

4. Managing Earthxway Foundation social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) - scheduling posts, tracking analytics, and improving engagement.

5. Creating and maintaining project files, briefs, and reports for internal and external use.

6. Preparing professional PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) for CSR collaborations, donor reporting, and proposal submissions.

7. Researching eco-conscious brands, CSR leads, and potential partnerships for sustainability projects.

8. Supporting campaign communications via emails, blogs, and awareness videos.

9. Participating in content development based on Earthxway Foundation field data, community stories, and environmental campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in conducting Market Research
• Skills in Sales and Customer Service
• Ability to develop and execute Marketing Strategies
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Interest or experience in environmental sustainability is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
