Job Description: Marketing Head

Company: Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Barasat, Kolkata
Experience: 4–6 Years (Preferred in Travel/Forex/Service Industry)

Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s travel, forex, and medical tourism services.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid promotions.
• Identify market trends and consumer behavior to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Branding & Communication

• Strengthen the brand presence across online and offline platforms.
• Create impactful marketing content, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Oversee corporate communication, brand guidelines, and customer-facing content.

Lead Generation & Growth

• Generate high-quality leads through digital and offline channels.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure strong conversion of leads into customers.
• Track marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better ROI.

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and train the marketing team to improve performance and productivity.
• Coordinate with designers, vendors, agencies, and media partners for campaign execution.

Event & Partnership Management

• Organize promotional events, seminars, and marketing activities.
• Build partnerships with travel providers, hospitals (medical tourism), financial institutions, and other stakeholders.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
• Analyze campaign data, website traffic, customer insights, and sales trends to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in travel, forex, or service-based industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Creative thinking with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and deliver high-impact campaigns within timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, CRM & marketing tools.
