Marketing Head

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Head with 6 to 12 years of experience to lead our marketing team and develop comprehensive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the Accounting/Outsourcing sector.

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance and support for successful implementation of marketing plans.
• Oversee the development of the company's brand identity, positioning, and messaging to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using data and analytics to optimize strategies.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively within budgetary constraints.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the Accounting/Outsourcing sector.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
