Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for IT services and digital transformation offerings.
Analyze current marketing performance and implement improvement strategies.
Build and maintain a consistent brand presence across digital and offline channels.
Lead demand and lead generation initiatives through inbound and outbound marketing.
Manage and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn, email, website, and other platforms.
Create customer profiles and targeted marketing content to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts and lead funnels.
Oversee marketing automation, lead nurturing, and database management.
Track and report key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and campaign performance.
Lead and mentor the marketing team to drive business impact.

Qualifications

MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
10 - 15 years in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a tech/IT services firm.
Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies, brand positioning, and digital channels.
Experience working in global markets such as the US, Africa, or the Middle East is a strong plus.
Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder communication skill
