Marketing Funnel Expert

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven Marketing Funnel Expert who can design, manage, and optimise end-to-end customer journeys. The ideal candidate understands acquisition, nurturing, conversion, and retention funnels and knows how to turn traffic into measurable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise full-funnel marketing strategies across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention stages.
• Create and manage landing pages, email sequences, retargeting flows, and automation journeys.
• Analyse funnel performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Webflow, Zapier, Meta/Google Ads dashboards, etc.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve CVR (conversion rate), CAC, and overall funnel health.
• Work with design and content teams to ensure funnel messaging aligns with brand and campaign goals.
• Set up tracking, events, and attribution models to measure funnel performance accurately.
• Build lead nurture workflows to improve MQL → SQL pipeline efficiency.
• Identify drop-off points and implement strategies to increase funnel completion rates.
• Prepare weekly funnel performance dashboards and insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure funnel-to-sales handoff is seamless.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing funnel building and optimisation.
• Strong understanding of paid ads, lead gen flows, email marketing, and CRM automation.
• Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Zapier, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Experience in A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and performance tracking.
• Solid understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, CVR, and other key funnel metrics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams in Hyderabad.
