This role requires a balance of basic technical knowledge, design sensibility, and SEO expertise to build and manage website to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities ● Website Creation and Management Design and develop responsive, high-performing webpages for our service lines. Ensure seamless navigation, modern aesthetics, and optimal user experience across all devices. ● SEO Implementation Plan and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve keyword rankings. Conduct regular audits, competitor research, and on-page/off-page optimizations. ● Content Management Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain website content, keeping it accurate, updated, and aligned with brand tone and messaging. ● User Experience (UX) Enhancement Improve site usability through A/B testing, heatmap analysis, and user feedback. Implement iterative improvements based on data insights. ● Performance Monitoring Track key metrics like traffic, bounce rate, CTR, and conversions. Use analytics tools to identify performance gaps and opportunities for growth. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure the website supports campaign goals, product launches, and lead generation efforts. ● Technology Advancements Stay updated with the latest web development trends, SEO tools, and best practices. Propose and implement enhancements to maintain a competitive digital presence. Requirements ● Experience Minimum 2 years in website development and SEO, ideally in a tech-focused environment. ● Technical Skills Proficiency in CMS platforms like WordPress. ● SEO Expertise Deep understanding of SEO tools and techniques, including keyword research, link building, schema markup, and SERP optimization. ● Analytical Mindset Strong command of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.) and the ability to interpret data for actionable insights. ● Collaborative Attitude Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
