Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


1. Business Development & Promotion

  • Promote and market diagnostic services, health packages, and specialized offerings to doctors and healthcare institutions.
  • Actively market

    Radiology,NMD

    ,

    PET CT

    , and

    Vijaya Lab Services

    to drive business growth.
  • Achieve the set target of a minimum of

    12 doctor visits per day

    to strengthen relationships and expand the referral base.

2. Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with referring doctors to enhance loyalty and increase referrals.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with doctors to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with Vijaya Diagnostic Centre (VDC) services.
  • Serve as a liaison between doctors and the organization for smooth coordination of patient services.

3. Marketing Activities & Events

  • Plan, organize, and execute

    Continuing Medical Education (CME)

    programs and participate in medical conferences, trade fairs, and related promotional events.
  • Support and implement all marketing and promotional campaigns as directed by the management team.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date

    daily visit reports

    ,

    referring doctor data

    , and

    activity logs

    .
  • Submit timely reports on field activities, market trends, and competitive insights.

5. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts to provide actionable market intelligence.
  • Recommend strategic initiatives to strengthen the organization’s market position.

6. Service Coordination & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure that patients referred by doctors are attended to promptly and that diagnostic reports are delivered within committed timelines.
  • Communicate any new diagnostic tests, packages, or modalities introduced by the organization to the medical community.
  • Identify and relay doctors’ requirements for additional tests or modalities to expand the organization’s service portfolio.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or Marketing

    (MBA in Marketing preferred).
  • 1–3 years

    of experience in

    diagnostic marketing

    ,

    pharmaceutical sales

    , or

    healthcare business development

    .
  • Proven track record of achieving marketing and sales targets within the healthcare or diagnostics sector.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and data management.
