Job Specification (Requirements)

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in

    Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management

    , or related field.
  • Masters degree or MBA in Marketing (preferred).

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in

    marketing, business development, or hospital promotion

    (freshers may be considered for junior roles)
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or service industry preferred.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent

    organizational and event management

    abilities.
  • Understanding of

    ethical healthcare marketing guidelines

  • Creativity in developing campaigns for patient engagement and hospital branding.

Job Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Promotion

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties.
  • Manage and execute

    digital campaigns

    (social media, email, website updates).
  • Prepare

    brochures, flyers, videos, and content

    to increase patient awareness.
  • Coordinate with doctors and departments for promotional activities.

2. Business Development

  • Identify potential

    referral sources

    , corporate clients, and tie-ups with clinics or insurance companies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with

    corporates, doctors, and local communities

    .
  • Track and analyze marketing performance and lead conversion rates.

3. Event & Community Outreach

  • Plan and manage

    health camps, awareness programs, CME (Continuing Medical Education)

    , and hospital events.
  • Represent the hospital at external events and exhibitions.

4. Public Relations & Branding

  • Maintain the hospitals

    public image

    and reputation through media and community engagement.
  • Handle

    press releases, success stories

    , and media communications.
  • Ensure

    brand consistency

    across all communication channels.

5. Patient Engagement

  • Develop initiatives to

    enhance patient experience

    and satisfaction.
  • Collect feedback and coordinate improvements with management.
  • Follow up on patient inquiries and referrals.
