Marketing Executive - Projects (Air Conditioning)

Job Title: Marketing Executive – Projects (Air Conditioning) Experience:2-3 Years Location: Ameerpet Gender: Male (Field-based role) Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Business Development • Identify and develop new project opportunities in HVAC / Air Conditioning systems. • Meet builders, architects, consultants, and contractors to promote company products and solutions. • Generate leads from ongoing construction projects, corporate offices, and commercial spaces. 2. Client Meetings & Coordination • Conduct regular client visits to understand AC project requirements. • Coordinate with the design and estimation teams for quotations and proposals. • Ensure follow-up on proposals until closure of the deal. 3. Sales & Project Tracking • Handle sales for VRF, ductable, and split AC systems. • Monitor ongoing projects to ensure proper communication between client and service teams. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management. 4. Market Study & Competitor Updates • Keep track of market trends, new projects, and competitor activities. • Suggest pricing and marketing strategies based on market insights. 5. Brand Promotion & Reporting • Attend trade exhibitions, consultant meets, and networking events. • Maintain accurate records of visits, enquiries, and project status reports. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or sales of Air Conditioning / HVAC projects. • Strong network with builders, consultants, and project engineers. • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits. • Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical or Marketing preferred. • Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
