Job Description (JD) – Marketing Executive (Digital Marketing)Position: Marketing ExecutiveDepartment: MarketingReporting To: Marketing Manager / Head of MarketingLocation: Office / HybridRole Purpose:To plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support overall business growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across platforms (Google Ads, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.).Manage company’s online presence including website, social media pages, and digital content.Create engaging content (blogs, posts, creatives, videos) to support campaigns.Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, engagement, and conversion rates.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, etc.Coordinate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads through digital channels.Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities.Manage branding initiatives including events, exhibitions, and offline promotions (if required).Support in designing and executing webinars, email campaigns, and digital events.Prepare marketing reports and dashboards for management review.Job Specification (JS) – Marketing Executive (Digital Marketing)Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Mass Communication.Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) preferred.Experience:1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.Experience in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing is essential.Skills & Competencies:Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp).Knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and content marketing.Strong creative and copywriting skills.Analytical mindset to measure and improve campaign performance.Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) preferred.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Other Requirements:Self-driven and target-oriented.Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Updated knowledge of latest marketing trends and technologies.Key Result Areas (KRA) – Marketing Executive (Digital Marketing)Digital Campaign PerformanceWebsite traffic growth (monthly/quarterly).Lead generation through digital channels.Social media engagement (followers, likes, shares, comments, CTR).SEO ranking improvements (keywords on top SERP).Content & BrandingNumber and quality of blogs, posts, creatives published.Consistency of brand messaging across platforms.Lead Generation & Conversion SupportNumber of qualified leads handed over to sales.Conversion rate of marketing-generated leads.Customer EngagementOpen & click-through rate of email campaigns.Webinar/event participation numbers.Reporting & AnalyticsAccuracy and timeliness of campaign performance reports.ROI on marketing spend.
