Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing & Outreach Executive who can combine strategic thinking with on-ground execution. You’ll play a key role in expanding Dhobi G’s presence across college campuses, leading both B2B outreach with institutions and B2C campaigns that engage student communities.

From building relationships with college administrators to driving student partnerships, you’ll be at the heart of our campus expansion efforts online and offline.


Salary Package:

Starts from ₹3.2 – ₹4.6 LPA (CTC)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead B2B outreach through LinkedIn marketing, cold calling, and follow-ups with decision-makers in colleges and universities.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with student clubs, cultural committees, and campus brands to strengthen on-ground presence.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) with a focus on lead generation and institutional visibility.
  • Drive student engagement through surveys, community partnerships, and campus activations.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce consistent, impactful marketing material.
  • Track outreach and campaign performance using CRM tools and dashboards.
  • Represent Dhobi G at events, exhibitions, and campus meetings when required.


Requirements:

  • 1 - 3 years (at least 6 months) of experience in marketing, partnerships, or outreach roles (education sector preferred).
  • Comfort with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and partnership coordination.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance online and offline marketing execution.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Basic familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, HubSpot, and Canva is a plus.
