Job Title: Field Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Field Sales & Marketing Executive at Kurikkal Group, you will be the key point of contact between the company and our B2B customers, including furniture dealers, showrooms, interior firms, and distributors. Your role will focus on promoting our sofa manufacturing products, expanding our dealer network, and strengthening our market presence through field visits and local marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit furniture retailers, dealers, and business clients within the assigned region
• Promote Kurikkal’s sofa and furnishing products to B2B customers
• Identify and onboard new dealers and business partners
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, and customization options
• Manage existing dealer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups
• Execute door-to-door B2B campaigns, distribute brochures/catalogs, and display materials
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for delivery and after-sales support
• Gather market intelligence and competitor data
• Prepare daily visit reports and submit weekly performance updates
• Participate in exhibitions, trade events, and local marketing campaigns
• Work closely with the internal marketing and showroom teams

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum +2 / Degree
• Experience in field sales, furniture, or B2B marketing preferred (Freshers welcome)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong local area knowledge and a good business network
• Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
• Passion for sales, self-driven, and result-oriented
• Basic knowledge of sofa products or manufacturing is a plus
