Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing and promotional activities to enhance the visibility, brand image, and student enrollment of the institution. The role involves both online and offline marketing strategies, event coordination, lead generation, and communication with prospective students and parents. 

Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Promotion

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns for admissions and brand awareness.

Develop and distribute promotional materials such as brochures, posters, and social media content.

Coordinate with design and content teams to create engaging marketing collaterals.

Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.

2. Events & Outreach

Organize and promote educational fairs, workshops, seminars, school visits, and open-house events.

Build partnerships with schools, coaching centers, and career counselors.

Represent the institution in external events and exhibitions.

3. Lead Management & Admissions Support

Follow up with student inquiries and convert leads into admissions.

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and campaign data.

Assist the admissions team in counseling prospective students and parents.

4. Market Research & Strategy

Conduct competitor analysis and market surveys to identify opportunities and trends.

Suggest innovative marketing ideas to increase brand visibility and enrollment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field

2 - 3 years of relevant experience

Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills

Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
