The Marketing Executive will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and engage customers. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Execution

· Assist in planning and deploying multi-channel marketing campaigns.

· Coordinate creatives, approvals, and vendor deliverables.

· Track campaign KPIs and share performance insights.

2. Content & Social Media

· Create engaging content for social media, website, and marketing collaterals.

· Manage daily posting, engagement, and monthly content calendars.

· Support email and blog content creation.

3. Digital Marketing Support

· Assist with performance marketing activities (Meta, Google).

· Monitor ad metrics and support optimisation with the digital team/agency.

4. Market Research

· Conduct competitor and market trend analysis.

· Prepare research summaries with actionable insights.

5. Brand & Promotional Activities

· Ensure brand consistency across all communication.

· Support execution of events, partnerships, and promotional activities.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

· Work closely with sales, product, and design teams for aligned execution.

· Coordinate with external agencies, printers, influencers, and vendors.

7. Reporting

· Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campaign, social media, and digital performance.

· Track key metrics like engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI.

8. Budget Assistance

· Support in planning and tracking marketing budgets.
