Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Marketing Executive role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area at IndiSmart Hotel. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, market research, communication, sales, and marketing activities on a day-to-day basis.

Marketing & Branding

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the hotel locally, nationally, and internationally.
• Build the hotel’s brand image through creative campaigns, storytelling, and unique positioning.
• Create promotional materials such as brochures, banners, and advertisements.
• Manage the hotel’s website, SEO, social media platforms, and online presence.
• Run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).
• Ensure the hotel is listed and well-ranked on travel platforms like Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, etc. 
• Work with the sales team to drive bookings and occupancy.
• Plan offers, packages, and seasonal promotions to attract different customer segments.
• Support corporate tie-ups, travel agents, and event organizers to generate bulk bookings. 
• Conduct guest feedback surveys and analyze satisfaction levels.
• Plan loyalty programs, referral offers, and repeat guest engagement strategies.
• Manage online reviews and respond to guest feedback on TripAdvisor, Google, etc. 
• Promote the hotel’s banquets, restaurants, spas, and other facilities.
• Collaborate with local businesses, influencers, and tourism boards for promotions.
• Organize and market events like food festivals, weddings, conferences, and exhibitions.

Skills Required

• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Digital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
• Creativity in designing campaigns and promotions.
• Networking & relationship-building skills.
• Analytical ability to study market trends and guest behaviour.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, hospitality industry, and OTA platforms.

Criteria :-

• Prior experience should be from Hotel/ Resort Experience is mandatory.
• Immediate Joiners based out of Kolkata or near by Kolkata.
