We’re Hiring: Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Hospitality & Hotels for IndySmart Group

IndySmart Group is seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale our fast-growing Hospitality and Hotel Division.

Currently operating niche hotels in Kolkata, Goa, Bangalore, and Mandarmani, we have an ambitious expansion plan to open six more hotels across India over the next 12 months. We are looking for a visionary leader who can drive operational excellence, innovation, and growth across all properties.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) in the Hospitality Division at Indismart Group, located in Panaji. The COO will be responsible for overseeing business operations, strategic planning, financial management, and budgeting, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.

Who Should Apply:
