We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven individual to join our team and spearhead our business growth.
A. Key Roles and Responsibilities (KRA)The primary goal is to drive business volume by securing new fabrication, maintenance, and manpower supply contracts.
Strategic Lead Generation: Identify, research, and penetrate new B2B client accounts within Heavy Industry, EPC firms, Refineries, and Process Plants across the Western Region (primarily Maharashtra and Gujarat).
Techno-Commercial Expertise: Act as the technical liaison between the client and G Sons' engineering team. Understand client specifications for fabrication/maintenance jobs and prepare customized, accurate, and competitive Techno-Commercial Proposals/Bids.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial contact, conducting site visits/client meetings, negotiation, to final contract closure. Achieve pre-defined quarterly and annual sales targets.
Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming tenders/RFQs (Request for Quotations) related to plant shutdown and fabrication work to position G Sons strategically.
Client Relationship: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (Project Managers, Procurement Heads) to ensure repeat business and high client satisfaction.
B. Candidate Requirements1. Education & Experience:
Mandatory: 2 to 5 years of sales/business development experience specifically within the Industrial/Heavy Fabrication, EPC, or Plant Maintenance/Contracting industry.
Highly Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) in Mechanical, Production, or Civil streams. Candidates with an MBA in Marketing along with strong technical aptitude may also be considered.
2. Essential Skills & Competencies:
B2B Negotiation: Proven track record of closing high-value industrial service contracts.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with drawings, specifications, fabrication codes, and the mechanics of plant shutdown or maintenance work.
Communication: Exceptional command over English and Hindi (written and verbal). Ability to create professional reports and presentations.
Location Familiarity: Strong knowledge of the industrial belt areas around Taloja, Navi Mumbai, Pune, and Thane.
C. Compensation and Benefits (Full Details)
Particulars Details Salary Range (Fixed)
₹2,50,000 to ₹5,00,000 Per Annum (Based strictly on relevant experience and current salary).
Variable Pay (Incentives)
Attractive, Performance-Based Commission Structure on project closures, rewarding high achievers significantly.
Job Type Full-time, Permanent Role.
Work Nature
Field-Intensive Role. Requires frequent travel within the Navi Mumbai industrial zone and occasional travel to other cities in Western India for client meetings, site surveys, and relationship building. The base office is in Taloja.
