About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to lead our brand’s digital presence, content strategy, and lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, developing engaging content, executing marketing campaigns, and reaching out to potential leads through tele-calling initiatives. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and communication expertise to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and oversee social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Content Strategy & Creation: Plan, create, and manage high-quality content, including but not limited to blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and multimedia content that aligns with brand objectives. Campaign Management: Execute marketing campaigns, track their performance, and optimize them for better engagement and conversions. Lead Generation & Tele-Calling: Identify potential leads, initiate outbound calls and nurture relationships in co-ordination with the sales team. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance, website traffic, and lead conversion metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness. Brand Positioning: Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline channels, maintaining a strong and positive brand image. Collaboration: Work closely with designers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business goals. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing trends to refine strategies. Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and promote online and offline events, and product launches to increase brand reach. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage existing customers and attract new leads. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or brand management. Strong content creation and copywriting skills with a knack for storytelling. Experience in handling social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Ability to conduct tele-calling and effectively communicate with potential leads. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
