Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to lead marketing initiatives for our 2-wheeler electric vehicle brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns, dealer promotions, digital activities, and brand visibility programs that drive sales growth and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and execute marketing plans and promotional strategies for EV 2-wheeler products.

·        Manage ATL & BTL marketing activities including events, roadshows, test-ride campaigns, and dealership branding.

·        Coordinate with sales teams and dealers for lead generation and local marketing support.

·        Handle digital marketing activities including social media management, online ad campaigns, and influencer tie-ups.

·        Plan and monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.

·        Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.

·        Create engaging marketing content, product brochures, and promotional materials.

·        Build brand awareness and ensure uniformity in brand communication across all channels.

·        Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners for creative, media, and event requirements.

·        Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics and ROI.

Desired Candidate Profile:

·        Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

·        Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in Automobile / EV / FMCG / Consumer Durable sectors).

·        Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing channels.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·        Proactive, creative thinker with a strategic mind-set.

·        Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
