Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with customers to gather necessary information, understand their specific requirements, and explain the company's machines clearly and persuasively. Product Knowledge and Sales Support: Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the company's machines, their features, and benefits. Provide customers with tailored information to help them understand how the machines will meet their needs and drive their business forward. Sales Conversion: Assist in converting leads into actual sales by addressing customer objections, highlighting key selling points, and creating a compelling reason for customers to purchase. Customer Data Management: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring that customer details and feedback are documented accurately for follow-up and future marketing strategies. Campaign Management: Help design and implement marketing campaigns that support the machine sales process, including digital marketing, social media content, and other promotional efforts. Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on customer inquiries, feedback, and sales outcomes to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Suggest improvements based on data and customer insights. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing initiatives with overall company goals and to ensure the accurate representation of machine features. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply. Proficiency in 2 Languages(Mandatory): Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, and English. Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc. ), basic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Sales Acumen: Ability to understand customer needs and confidently explain product benefits, positioning the company's machines as the best solution for the customer. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex product information clearly and persuasively. Customer Service Orientation: Strong focus on understanding and addressing customer concerns and needs, building long-term relationships. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage customer details, track leads, and follow up effectively.
