CRM me data entry & follow-up tracking

Client communication WhatsApp / Call / SMS

Sales team ke liye meeting appointment set karna

Daily reporting & target-based working Skills Required:

Good communication (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

Confident voice & convincing power

Real estate experience extra advantage

Computer & WhatsApp handling knowledge

Follow-up & lead conversion mindset

Salary + Incentives:

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience)

Performance Incentive: ₹5,000 – ₹25,000/month possible

Location: On-field + Office (Sikar / Jaipur / Nearby Cities)
Department: Real Estate Project Marketing
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply, training provided)

Role Responsibilities

Site visits organize & client handling

Local branding, banners, hoardings, event promotion

Digital + field marketing strategies execute karna

Property inventory, pricing & offers explain karna

Daily lead update & sales team coordination

Skills Required:

Good networking & communication skills

Own 2-wheeler preferred (TA/ provided)

Real estate knowledge advantage but not compulsory

Presentation & sales mindset

Salary + Incentives:

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000

High Incentives per booking (₹5,0000 – ₹100,000 per deal possible)
