Marketing Executive

You will be working as a Marketing Executive-Trainee at Einetic, a leading IT system integration, professional service, and software development company in Kolkata. Your responsibilities will include familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by the company, procuring new clients through various channels such as social media, cold calls, and email marketing, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and suggesting upgrades or additional products and services that may be of interest to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by Einetic. - Procure new clients through social media, cold calls, and email marketing. - Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients. - Suggest upgrades or added products and services to clients. Qualifications Required: - Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior. - Neat, well-groomed appearance. - Great networking skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Emboldened by challenges. The position requires you to be a graduate with computer knowledge. The working hours are from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. The salary offered is Rs. 12,000 to Rs. 15,000 (Basic + Variable) along with incentives and travel allowance for prospect visits. Fluency in English and Bengali is preferred. The job location is Laketown, Kolkata-89. The selection process includes telephonic and virtual or face-to-face interviews. The probation period ranges from three to six months. Additionally, there will be on-the-job training for 60 days (Monday to Saturday) with a stipend of Rs. 12,000. Yearly increments of 10% to 20%, performance bonuses, and yearly bonuses are also provided.,
