Marketing Executive - (B2B - Botanical Extracts/Nutra Industry ONLY)

KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, optimizing strategies for efficiency and ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Research and recommend innovative technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Create comprehensive reports on campaign performance metrics to guide decision-making.

Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize results.

Provide leadership and direction to marketing teams, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Identify growth opportunities within the customer base through data-driven insights and market research.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Course

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Relevant coursework in marketing, statistics, economics, or related fields.
• MBA preferred.
• Google Analytics or similar certifications are a plus.

Experience

• Proven track record of 3 to 5 yrs of success in sales roles, preferably in the nutraceutical, food ingredients or pharmaceutical industry.
• Familiarity with the nutraceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENT

• Strong understanding of nutraceutical products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in data analysis to interpret trends and drive strategic decisions.
• Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets to analyze metrics and KPIs.
