Job Responsibilities:

Generate and upload correct product images and product descriptions and submit them on time, and of the required quality on the website as per the requirement from commercial, marketing/web content teams.
Generate/edit/update accurate product attribute values for product catalogues from the web.
Ensure consistency of graphic assets e.g. viewpoints, sizing, ratios, image resolutions, etc.
Ensure that deadlines/targets are strictly met, especially for high-profile product launches.
Site maintenance through frequent site checks e.g. ensure that all products are allocated to the right categories, and new products are correctly fulfilled. Action any amends quickly.
Maintain daily reports and timesheets.
Manage and maintain store listings across all regions.
Maintain high content quality standards in each process.

Required Skills:

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Willing to learn on the job, quickly absorbing and applying the same on a daily basis.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of HTML (using any HTML editor if not proficient in HTML) and Photoshop (or any open-source imaging application like GIMP) is an added advantage
Knowledge of Google and Microsoft Suite.
An understanding of the internet and experience in using E-commerce and content management tools.
Experience in working on product catalogues, categories, and attributes is a plus.
