  • Lead, mentor, and support a team.
  • Manage team dynamics, resolve interpersonal issues, and promote a positive culture
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically across all levels of the organization.
  • Navigate difficult conversations with tact, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
  • Serve as a liaison between teams, departments, and leadership, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and team-building activities that strengthen collaboration.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
  • Define clear goals, roles, timelines, and success metrics for team projects.
  • Track progress, identify blockers, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust priorities and reallocate resources as needed.
  • Handle SARs (Subject Access Requests) / RTEs (Right to Erasure) requests under GDPR
  • Data collection for EPR (Extended Producers Regulation) and analysis
  • Generate reports on SECR (Carbon Footprint)
  • Waste Compliance
  • Handle police inquiries and support the field teams and Intelligence Officers.
  • Data analysis
  • Accident reporting, ensuring submission and evidence gathering as and when required
  • Risk Assessments submissions.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in team leadership, coaching, or people management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid experience in project coordination
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to manage complex team dynamics.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities.
