Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Kozhikode. As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, manage a team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet sales targets. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory, implementing store policies, and ensuring retail loss prevention measures are in place, while maintaining a welcoming and efficient shopping environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and a proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Store Management with an understanding of effective team leadership
• Excellent Communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies to ensure store security and minimize losses
• Organizational skills with an ability to manage inventory and staff schedules efficiently
• Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets effectively
• Passion for sustainable and eco-conscious products is a plus
