Store & Staff Management Handle day-to-day operations of the store independently. Supervise staff schedules, leave, and salaries. Ensure staff is trained, presentable, and providing excellent customer service. Maintain store ambience, cleanliness, and product display. 🔹 Customer Handling & Sales Welcome and guide walk-in clients; provide styling suggestions. Manage trials, fittings, and customer satisfaction during the visit. Strong convincing power to close deals and achieve sales targets. Ensure timely dry-cleaning, packaging, and availability for bookings. Manage customer booking records, tele-calling leads, and daily walk-ins. Maintain reports of sales, leads, and revenue. 🔹 Marketing & Business Expansion Assist in creating content for Instagram/Google updates. Manage and update Google My Business page with offers, reviews, and photos. Brainstorm and execute strategies to increase walk-ins and bookings. Collaborate with makeup artists, banquet halls, and influencers for tie-ups. Take accountability for meeting monthly sales targets and driving business growth. Requirements Graduate in Business/Marketing or relevant field. 2–4 years of experience in retail, fashion, or sales management. Having stitching knowledge Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Strong sales & convincing skills with customer-first approach.
