About the Role:

Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy

  for SubcontractorHub, focusing on brand positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Drive

  AI-based marketing initiatives

  , leveraging tools like generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation to optimize campaigns and content.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Lead digital marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, and brand storytelling.
• Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer insights to guide strategic decision-making.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketers and agency partners to execute campaigns efficiently.
• Track KPIs, report on campaign effectiveness, and iterate strategies for continued growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (8+ years) in

  B2B SaaS marketing

  , with at least 23 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with

  AI in marketing

  (e.g., chatbots, personalization, automation, data-driven decision-making).
• Ability to think both strategically and execute tactically.
• Experience in scaling brand presence and lead-gen in North American or international markets.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and AI-powered marketing platforms.
• Experience marketing to construction, Solar, or contractor industries is a bonus.
