Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a marketing leader to manage global marketing operations. The role requires strong collaboration with US-based teams and leadership across creative, digital, analytics, and internal marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale global marketing operations in partnership with US leadership.
Oversee Creative, Digital, Analytics, Research, and Internal Marketing teams.
Ensure alignment on global campaigns, content, research, and brand consistency.
Improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency across teams.
Implement marketing tools for planning, execution, and reporting.
Mentor and develop functional leads; drive a data-driven, high-performance culture.
Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and manage cross-border communication.

Qualifications

12+ years in marketing operations or related leadership roles.
Experience managing global or cross-border teams.
Strong understanding of creative production, digital marketing, analytics, and integrated campaigns.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.

Preferred Attributes

Experience with US-based markets (healthcare/financial preferred).
Strong operational discipline and cross-cultural leadership.
Knowledge of marketing technologies, automation, and analytics.
