With over 1200 highly skilled and experienced scientific and medical personnel spread across Bangalore and Noida in India, Europe and the US, the JDDDS vertical leverages the capabilities in emerging markets for a global outcome, accelerating the global drug development efforts.Key Responsibilities of the Role:¿ Drive strategic thinking on target client segmentation, content for strategic marketing communication, via best in class thought leadership¿ Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation¿ Ability to conduct market research via various sources and present the information in a lucid manner to stakeholders¿ Liaise with other departments, in particular with BD of Drug Discovery and API/CDMO, to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market demands¿ Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”¿ Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)¿ Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals¿ Create a solid network of strategic partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendorsTrack and pre-empt competition activity such as competitor prices, campaigns, new product / service launch.¿ Produce engaging & relevant content for the Company Communication¿ Lead the design of all communication material & content for product brochures, literature, web content, webinars, Twitter & LI campaigns (Cross-platform multimedia content, outreach and media)¿ Drive “custom made” campaigns for specific potential clients to take or achieve maximum market share and help to penetrate in the market.
