Description
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, content, and design. You’ll shape messaging for both Juncosys and our clients, ensure visual coherence across touchpoints, and manage junior creatives to execute flawless campaigns. This role requires strong writing chops, a sharp eye for design, and the ability to lead projects and people. What You’ll Do Content & Communication Develop and refine messaging for websites, social, ads, emails, and brand assets Write copy that resonates with target audiences—clear, concise, and on-brand Shape brand voices and maintain consistency across platforms Design Collaboration Work closely with designers to align content with visual direction Contribute to layout and UX decisions for websites and digital content Provide creative direction for branded assets (social media, pitch decks, etc.) Team & Client Leadership Manage junior writers, interns, or freelancers, providing feedback and structure Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing strategists to deliver polished results Interface with clients to understand goals and present campaign ideas with confidence Strategy & Execution Support campaign planning and rollout across digital channels Requirement: 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, brand, or content roles Exceptional writing and storytelling skills A strong sense of design and layout (you don’t need to be a designer, but you "get it") Experience managing people or projects (agency or fast-paced environments a plus) Familiarity with digital tools (Notion, Figma, WordPress, Mailchimp, etc.) A proactive mindset and creative problem-solving skills Why Juncosys At Juncosys, we collaborate with clients who have bold ideas and big visions.
