As we expand our creative services, we’re looking for a Visual Design Strategist who can own the design direction for our brand and our clients, turning business insights into visual experiences that resonate. About The Role We’re looking for a Visual Design Strategist with a sharp eye for aesthetics, a strong strategic mindset, and the ability to manage a network of creative talent. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to define visual direction, oversee design execution, and ensure all creative outputs are aligned with business goals and brand positioning. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead visual strategies for Juncosys and its client projects. Collaborate with marketing strategists and clients to translate objectives into compelling design concepts. Build and manage a pool of designers (freelance or in-house) to deliver on project needs. Ensure design consistency and brand integrity across digital and print touchpoints. Oversee design execution from concept to delivery, briefing, reviewing, and guiding creative teams. Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table. Support new business pitches and proposal development with visual storytelling. Skills Needed 5+ years of experience in visual design, branding, or creative strategy, agency or consultancy experience preferred. Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and storytelling. Experience managing creative resources and reviewing design work with a critical and strategic lens. Ability to balance client needs with creative vision. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
