Visual Design Strategist

As a Visual Design Strategist at Juncosys, you will be responsible for developing and leading visual strategies for both Juncosys and its client projects. Your role will involve collaborating with marketing strategists and clients to translate objectives into compelling design concepts. You will be tasked with building and managing a pool of designers (freelance or in-house) to fulfill project needs. Ensuring design consistency and brand integrity across digital and print touchpoints will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will oversee design execution from concept to delivery, briefing, reviewing, and guiding creative teams. Staying updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table will also be essential. Moreover, you will support new business pitches and proposal development through visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead visual strategies for Juncosys and its client projects. - Collaborate with marketing strategists and clients to translate objectives into compelling design concepts. - Build and manage a pool of designers (freelance or in-house) to deliver on project needs. - Ensure design consistency and brand integrity across digital and print touchpoints. - Oversee design execution from concept to delivery, briefing, reviewing, and guiding creative teams. - Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table. - Support new business pitches and proposal development with visual storytelling. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in visual design, branding, or creative strategy, agency or consultancy experience preferred. - Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and storytelling. - Experience managing creative resources and reviewing design work with a critical and strategic lens. - Ability to balance client needs with creative vision. - Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
