Marketing & Communication Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage all communication via the company's website and social media channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and engagement
• Develop, maintain, and enhance sales decks and presentation materials to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients
• Create and oversee marketing collateral (brochures, videos, case studies, product sheets) aligned with our strategic positioning and messaging
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of messaging
• Monitor and optimize the effectiveness of all communication channels using clearly defined KPIs
  

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in marketing communication, ideally in technology, robotics, construction, or B2B sectors
• Proven track record in managing website content, social media platforms, and developing impactful sales presentations
• Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills
• Strong visual and presentation skills; experience creating professional-grade marketing materials
• Analytical mindset, capable of tracking communication effectiveness and continuously improving based on metrics
• Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced startup environment
