Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Market & Communication Manager with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communication, with excellent lead generation and management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies through social media platforms like LinkedIn.
Generate leads using various online channels and manage the lead database.
Build and update CRM systems for accurate tracking and analysis.
Support sales teams with daily duties and responsibilities.
Implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Analyze market trends and provide insights to enhance marketing efforts.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications are an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media and CRM management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in lead generation, management, and conversion is essential.
