Role Overview

Marketing & Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute B2B marketing & business development strategies
I

dentify new market opportunities and expand customer base

Build strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, and end-users
Drive lead generation campaigns, presentations, and client outreach
Represent Multitech at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
Collaborate with technical & production teams to align solutions with client needs
Negotiate and support closure of high-value contracts
Mentor and build a marketing & BD team over time

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
5+ years’ experience in the industrial filtration industry (mandatory)
Experience in the Water & Wastewater industry (preferred)
Proven track record in B2B marketing and business development
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Age 30+ years

Compensation

₹9 LPA CTC + performance-based incentives
