Job Description

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with industry leaders, driving meaningful conversations, and orchestrating seamless event experiences. You will manage everything end-to-end: speaker outreach, coordination, communication, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

CXO Engagement & Guest Coordination

  • Identify & research potential CXO speakers for webinars, podcasts, and meetups.
  • Manage outreach, scheduling, onboarding, and coordination across all stages — from topic finalization to dry runs.
  • Collaborate with content & leadership teams to build event flow and talk tracks.
  • Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups for an excellent guest experience.

Event & Webinar Execution

  • Support end-to-end execution of webinars, meetups, and industry events (planning, logistics, branding, promotions).
  • Work with campaign, creative, and digital teams to drive registrations & engagement.
  • Manage live sessions, track performance, and prepare post-event reports.
  • Maintain a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.

TeqTalk (Podcast) Operations

  • Coordinate guests, scheduling, and episode planning.
  • Work with production, design, and content teams for recording, editing & publishing workflows.
  • Align podcast content with broader GTM initiatives.

Organization & Reporting

  • Maintain trackers for guest pipelines, event calendars, and campaign activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing ops for dashboards, metrics, and ROI tracking.



Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in

    marketing, communications, or events management

    (B2B/services preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior leaders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities — able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • A confident and detail-oriented communicator with a professional presence.
  • Experience in Tech/IT services is a plus, not mandatory.
