Marketing Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve delegate and sponsorship sales targets for international conferences.
• Design and execute targeted 

  email and social media campaigns

   to promote events.
• Generate fresh 

  marketing ideas

   to expand reach, improve engagement, and boost registrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential delegates, partners, and sponsors across global markets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize results.
• Support the development of marketing collateral, website content, and newsletters.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, conference production, or B2B sales (international exposure preferred).
• Strong understanding of 

  digital marketing tools

   (LinkedIn, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Interest in infrastructure, transport, or clean mobility sectors is a plus.
