Position: Marketing & Sales Manager (04 Vacancies)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote plastic fabrication, statues, novelties, stationery, and decorative products.
• Identify and expand customer base in domestic and export markets.
• Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and contribute to strategic planning.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in plastic fabrication, decorative articles, or related industrial sectors (same industry experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
