Job Description: Sales & Marketing Manager (M-Strip) Company: IOTA Diagnostic Pvt. Ltd. Location: Ahmedabad (Field-based) Product: M-Strip (At-home, self-sampling HPV / Cervical Cancer Screening Kit) About the Role We are looking for a results-oriented Sales Manager to drive the commercial success of M-Strip in Ahmedabad. This is not just a promotion role; it is a sales conversion role . You will be responsible for building a network of prescribing Gynecologists, educating the market on the benefits of self-sampling, and executing strategies that directly increase unit sales and revenue. Key Responsibilities (The "What") Doctor Acquisition & Conversion: Conduct daily field visits to high-potential Gynecologists and General Practitioners. Your primary goal is to convert "interested" doctors into "prescribing" doctors. Territory Management: Own the West Ahmedabad territory ( Bodakdev, Prahladnagar, Thaltej, Satellite, Sindhu Bhavan, Vastrapur, Science City ). Systematically map clinics to ensure 100% coverage of the target audience. Sales Closure: Ensure stock availability at attached pharmacies or facilitate direct-to-patient sales processes to ensure prescriptions turn into actual revenue. Training & Enablement: Train clinic receptionists and nursing staff on how to explain the M-Strip kit to patients. (Staff buy-in is often the key to higher sales). Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the Gynaec segment to secure repeat business. Reporting: Maintain a daily call log and provide weekly sales funnel reports (Doctors Met -> Samples Given -> Prescriptions Generated). Strategic Sales Initiatives (The "How") To be successful in this role, the candidate is expected to execute the following growth strategies: Patient Awareness Drives: Organize "Cervical Cancer Awareness Days" in partner clinics to directly engage with patients in waiting areas. Corporate & Community Tie-ups: proactively approach HR heads of local corporates, women’s clubs, and NGOs for bulk screening camps using M-Strip. Digital Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to run geo-targeted ads around partner clinics to drive footfall. Referral Loop: Implement a system where satisfied patients can easily refer family members to use the kit. Candidate Profile (The "Who") Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Pharma/Medical Device sales. Experience in the Gynaecology/Women's Health segment is a strong advantage. Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm / MBA in Marketing preferred. Skills: Hunter Mindset: You enjoy chasing targets and closing deals. Consultative Selling: Ability to discuss sensitive health topics (oncology/screening) with maturity and scientific accuracy. Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Ahmedabad healthcare geography. Language: Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license. Performance Metrics (KPIs) Number of new doctors activated per month.
