Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive with at least 2 years of

experience in the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design and electronics manufacturing sector. The

ideal candidate will support marketing strategies, brand promotion, and lead generation efforts

while collaborating closely with the technical and sales teams. This role requires a strong

understanding of PCB design processes and the ability to convert technical concepts into

effective marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Branding

● Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote PCB design and fabrication

services.

● Create engaging technical marketing content, including brochures, presentations,

datasheets, and case studies.

● Manage and enhance social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, industry forums) to

build brand awareness.

● Support digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online

advertising.

Lead Generation & Sales Support

● Generate qualified B2B leads through targeted marketing activities.

● Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and client

communication materials.

● Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads and customer

interactions.

Market Research

● Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities in electronics,

automotive, industrial, and consumer sectors.

● Stay updated on PCB industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Events & Coordination

● Plan and coordinate participation in trade shows, webinars, and industry exhibitions.

● Assist with the creation of event materials and follow-up activities for lead conversion.

Reporting & Analysis

● Track key marketing metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.

● Suggest improvements based on data insights and campaign results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electronics, or a related field.

● Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the PCB design, electronics manufacturing,

or ESDM industry.

● Strong understanding of PCB design concepts, fabrication processes, and industry

terminology.

● Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools), CRM software,

and MS Office.

● Excellent communication, content writing, and presentation skills.

● Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and sales teams.

Preferred Skills

● Knowledge of PCB design software (Altium, KiCad, OrCAD) is a plus.

● Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is an added advantage.

● Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot) preferred.
